Production certification
Throughout its whole history the Konotop Aircraft Repair Plant has been firmly holding its reputation as a leader in the field of aircraft overhaul, performing all the jobs with well-established quality level.
The basic document of the existing quality management system is the “Quality Manual”, which declares the “Quality Policy of the enterprise”:
- “Aviakon” enterprise declares that it will ensure implementation of the policy of setting-up, documenting and keeping-up of the economically efficient quality management system, being planned and developed along with the other activities with the purpose of meeting the quality requirements specified in the contracts.
- The enterprise ensures supply of qualitative products and services on overhaul, structure modifications and aircraft technical maintenance.
- With the purpose of development of this policy, the quality management system provides:
- Implementation at the plant of national, as well as consequent implementation of international quality standards ISO 9002, AS-9000, JAR-145, military specification MIL-Q-9858A. Acknowledgement of the quality management system by national as well as by foreign Governmental Authorized bodies and Aviation Administrations.
- Ensuring of guaranteed compliance of the parameters and characteristics of the produced goods to the requirements of the effective technical documentation and standards in accordance with their application field.
- Carry out of constant job on maximum satisfaction of the Customers requirements in compliance with agreements and contracts. Keeping the staff of the plant being aware of the Customer priority and understanding of the fact that the plant has orders, job and working places due to the Customer.
- Carry out of consequent job on improving of the quality level, reliability and long service life of the produced goods, its technical service life. The Customer’s evaluation of the quality level is given the priority among all kinds of evaluation.
- Development of overhaul of new types of aircraft, implementation of new technological processes into production.
- Improving of the technical level and quality of the jobs in the field of structure modification in order to improve the structural performance of the overhauled aircraft in compliance with the Customers’ requirements and certification requirements.
- Consequent carry out of the activities related to improvement of the labour management, creation of the system of personal concernment of each worker in the results of his job. Solving of social matters.
The present Quality Policy is aimed to joint the efforts of the plant staff concerning ensuring quality of the produced goods and economical stability in the market. Realization of the present Quality Policy is mandatory for the whole personnel of the plant.
